Return Policy

Replacements

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements
If your Swyft Silk™ is faulty or damaged in any way, please send us an email as soon as possible and we can organise a return label and a replacement as soon as possible!
We will request a photo of the item along with your order number.
Once your reply is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your response. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped out to you within 3-5 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
